ETHOS ; Ethos Approves ₹410 Cr Rights Issue at ₹1,800/Share

Ethos to raise ₹409.9 crore via rights issue of 22.77 lakh equity shares.

Issue price set at ₹1,800 per share (including ₹1,790 premium).

Rights entitlement ratio: 4 shares for every 43 held.

Record date: June 12, 2025; Issue opens June 20, closes July 3, 2025.

Post-issue equity base to expand to ~2.68 crore shares.
