Is Jaguar Land Rover Limited (JLR) a Tata Subsidiary?

TATA MOTORS: Subsidiary, Jaguar Land Rover Limited (JLR), sold its 80% stake in Jaguar Land Rover Ventures Limited (JLRV) and Artifex Interior Systems Limited (AISL) to Tata Autocomp Systems Limited (TACO) on March 28, 2025.

The sale amount was GBP 77 million ( ₹ 852 Cr ) , with a possible additional GBP 6.3 million ( ₹ 70 Cr ) if conditions are met.

Both JLRV and AISL are no longer Tata Motors' subsidiaries.
