As part of a 10-year strategic relationship, Microsoft would acquire a nearly 4% share in the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), the UK bourse operator announced on Monday. Microsoft will purchase the stock held by a group that includes Thomson Reuters and Blackstone. A 4% ownership share in LSEG was worth $2 billion as of Friday's closing price.
