Expect a range day with negative bias and recovery may happen during the course of the day as USA indices positivity is suggesting as if worst is over in USA market. Volatility in commodities and currency markets will keep equities cautious. 

BankNifty Spot View For: 15/07/2022

Cmp: 34651

Support & Downside Range: 34550—34300--34000

Resistance & Upside Range: 35545—36315—36520 zone

Short Term Trend Reversal Level: -- downside 33000

Trading View: Bank nifty till now has retraced 38.2% and holding 34550 spot levels now fresh weakness comes in bank index if it slips below 34550 and in such case it can fall till 34300—34000 spot levels whereas if it holds 34550 then on cross above 35030 spot levels will get confirmation that wave X of bank index completed at 34550 and now its heading upside towards 36315 to 36520 zone to complete wave Z up move.

The world works for 2 objectives.

1. Power which comes from Currency. Every nation wants its currency to perform better than peers whether the move is either side.

2. Inflation. No country wants high inflation and higher cost of capital. It changes internal and external business dynamics creating lot of hurdles for the industry and affecting GDP. Look at China GDP today.

Nifty. Support is placed at 15850 and resistance at 16060

Bank Nifty Support is placed at 34300 and resistance at 35000.

Derivative. Data is bearish on futures segment. Since the volumes are lower than usual trusting it is a challenge. 

Expect volatility in a range with downward bias and may recover later part.
