The Exchange have issued a circular regarding the Executing trades where in buy as well as sell orders are placed by the same entity, within a short time, in account of the same client. Such trades are considered as the nature of wash trades.
So, it is advised to all clients/franchisee to desist from executing such transaction which prima facie appear to be in the nature of Wash trades.As the exchange may initiate disciplinary action as it may deem fit apart from the panel provisions as applicable.
