Procedure for Refund if You made payment with a Bank Online Transfer
- While cancelling your AdWords Account request for a refund. However, since you paid in your AdWords Account using Bank Transfer, the details are required to transfer the funds back to your bank account.
- Since Google do not collect bank information, they can not process the bank refund automatically. Please make sure that you sign the form, then scan it and send it to Google team.
- Once you send the form, the refund will be processed within 4 weeks.
Note: A portion of screenshot of refund form is shown in screenshot and you can ask for his form as a download form by sending a mail through HELP link provided in your Adwords account.
