You had all the plans to make money with your website by providing a glamorous service and even used the Google Adwords service also for advertisement of the products. However everything failed and you find that you are not getting sales and thus want to get a refund back.
Procedure for Refund if You made payment with a card
While cancelling the Adwords account, do place a request for refund and if it is a card; the amount will be auto credited back to the same card.
Procedure for Refund if You made payment with a Bank Online Transfer
- While cancelling your AdWords Account request for a refund. However, since you paid in your AdWords Account using Bank Transfer, the details are required to transfer the funds back to your bank account.
- Since Google do not collect bank information, they can not process the bank refund automatically. Please make sure that you sign the form, then scan it and send it to Google team.
- Once you send the form, the refund will be processed within 4 weeks.
