Revised NEFT Timings & Transaction Charges

It is good that RBI is doing a good watch dog act and is also giving stern directions to the banks which are good for the mass public. Now we have new timings of NEFT vide which timings for NEFT transfer has been increased.

NEFT transaction chargesWe know that National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) is a nation-wide payment system facilitating one-to-one funds transfer. Under this Scheme, individuals can electronically transfer funds from any bank branch to any individual having an account with any other bank branch in the country participating in the Scheme. Have a look at NEFT transfer charges.

One fails to wonder that why it can not be 24x7 as money never sleeps. Hope good sense prevails and they make it round the clock without any charges.

Have a look at new timings of the NEFT

  • Monday to Friday : 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Saturdays : 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM
