We had great hopes from ICICI bank but they have an indifferent attitude towards the internet entrepreneurs which does not augur well for start-ups.
Disadvantages
- It do not favour small entrepreneurs. Problem is that bigger the organisation they are least sensitive to internet entrepreneurs.
- Takes too long to respond and integrate.
- Payment gateway requires Java Technology for integration.
Advantages
Transaction charges is low.
Verdict
We have EBS Payment Gateway and it functions very well. Moreover their team is equally responsive.
