How to Change Phone No Registered with Axis Bank?

In order to change the phone number registered with bank, one can visit bank ATMs as well as AXIS bank Branches for changing the mobile numbers.

They do not accept phone number change request through email and they replied that they would not be able to change the mobile number through an email, prioritizing the security concerns over convenience.  They say that it is to protect the customer’s interests.
