Nifty remains in uptrend and present breakout can take the Nifty to 5700 levels provided Nifty sustains above the level of 5500. However exit all longs if the level of 5434 is broken which means that Nifty can fall till 5200 level. Bouts of profit booking can be seen at the higher levels and thus trade in Nifty with an experts advice to avoid getting caught between bulls and bears as market has formed an indecisive candlestick pattern.
The euro zone is finally set to push ahead with a new, enhanced rescue deal for Greece which will avert at least for the present; the threat of a potentially catastrophic default. Greece : A Problem which will Bounce Back
Athens needs the 130bn euros (£110bn; $170bn) in order to avoid bankruptcy next month, when loans must be repaid. It is the second time Greece has sought a bailout from international lenders. Greece is hopeful of reaching a deal, with France's Finance Minister Frederic Baroin saying all of the elements are in place.
However, when we see Greece with a longer term view we find that new debt sustainability suggests Greece's debt at 129% of gross domestic product by 2020, and this is despite a €100 billion write-down of the debt currently in private hands.
