It is a jubilation time for the bulls as they have been able to keep the market in green closing consecutively for seven weeks. The main driver of this bull run is Fiis pumping in money who have pumped in more than Rs 15,000 crore in present year. The daily trend of nifty is in up trend. However analysis of put call ratio points to the fact that profit booking may occur at higher levels. Not to worry as medium term trend is up as momentum oscillators on both the daily and weekly charts are showing bullishness in the market.
As a strategy one can be long in the market till the time the level of 5200 is maintained as this level is going to be a deep support. Now Nifty is heading for 5400+ and higher levels.
