As we had suggested that a free fall will commence below Nifty 4765 and same happened and we saw a steep crash in stock market which has been attributed by Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee to the FIIs withdrawing money from India by virtue of depreciation in rupee. We saw Nifty plunging to a fresh 20-month low at 4,641. As of now one can only hope for a technical bounce back provided Nifty sustains above the level of 4750. One can make a voluminous amount of money as profit everyday in market provided one has an access to hot stocks to buy as the key lies in having the information before complete world knows the same through open media. Analysis of derivative market suggests a contrary picture as PCR (Put-Call Ratio) is below 0.8 and it shows that we may see a sharp bounce back and it can occur any time. Thus do not blindly short and use proper stop loss mechanism while trading to avoid surprises as market moves in a direction which causes maximum pain to maximum number of traders.
Volatility will be the order of the day by virtue of F&O expiry on Thursday. However one need not worry because we make more profit in higher volatile market and we make money in both bullish and bearish markets as stock specific opportunity is available every day. Out of 2916 stocks traded, 2046 declined while 769 stocks advanced. A total of 101 stocks remained unchanged. The market is likely to be struck in a range between 4500-5000 in coming days ahead.
