It has created the software technology park at Taramani in Chennai, which is part of the cyber corridor being developed by the Government of Tamil Nadu. The complex has a super built up area of 200,000 sq. ft. and lettable area of 170,000 sq. ft. and houses clients engaged in software development and data processing. Facilities offered at the software parks include air-conditioning, lifts, fire protection system with hydrant smoke detectors, 100% back up, centralized UPS support for the entire system operation, peripheral security - manpower, building security with CCTV and access control, housekeeping, automated multilevel car parking facility, ATM, medical center, cafeteria, PCO and has enabled point-to-point microwave link between the complex and TATA VSNL, STPI, Reliance, Airtel, and the BSNL earth stations to facilitate easy transfer of data. Elnet Technologies has successfully completed Phase I of the multilevel car parking system augmenting parking space for 105 cars as part its plan to overcome congestion in parking areas.
