Initial approval was received from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in the Kingdom of Bahrain for incorporation of Omni Gulf Technologies WLL and DRC Gulf WLL for proposed business operations in Bahrain and other Middle East countries. As part of its global plans, it entered into a joint venture with Sanwell Company through Omnitech TSB Company, Japan, in which the company holds 67% stake.
