In FY07, XO stampings and the IT division of XO Infotech, both group companies, were merged with the company. This enhances the product portfolio with sheet metal automotive components for vehicle suspension and steering linkages, brake shoe back plates, and car AC parts and increases IT capabilities. The company is an OEM supplier to Tata Motors, Tata Cummins, Hero Honda, Eicher Motors, Hindustan Motors, Hyundai, Ashok Leyland and Bajaj Tempo to name a few. It has a domestic distribution network of 80 exclusive outlets and 8,500 dealers and exports gaskets to around 25 countries across the world.
