Out of the total 58 health clubs; it directly owns 44 health clubs, 9 health clubs via joint venture and associate companies while the rest of them are owned via franchisee route. Financials The company disclosed rise of 74.10% in standalone net profit on y-o-y basis to Rs 62.85 million, while total income rose 43.80% y-o-y basis to Rs 254.18 million for the quarter ended March 2011.
