As we had suggested yesterday that market will achieve a maximum high of 5040 on the day of expiry and same happened with Nifty making a high of 5034. Thus again one can see bull force prevalent in the market tomorrow; however same will be dependent on global cues and thus must keep watch on it. How TRAI Regulations Affect Free SMS Service Providers?

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has recently issued new regulations on the SMS industry in India. These regulations are designed to significantly curb the sending of unsolicited commercial SMSes to consumers. This TRAI effort is going to affect the functioning of free sms providers.

This action by TRAI will go a long way in bringing solace to Consumers across the country and it has provided them a great relief from telemarketers. However, these regulations have significant impact on legitimate personal messaging services such as way2sms or fullonsms or sms440 free sms service providers.

TRAI new SMS guidelines & Impact on free sms site users:

1. Users are not allowed to send SMS between 9PM to 9AM

2. They cannot deliver your messages to your friends who are on DND(do not disturb) registry.

3. TRAI new regulations wont allow these free sms providers to send messages with your mobile number as sender.

TRAI has categorized messages as Transactional and Promotional. Unfortunately, they haven't addressed "Personal Messaging" category. This made us to fall under Promotional messaging even though way2sms is used to exchange personal messages with friends, relatives and known people.

Thus these free sms service providers a large number of feedback and definitely they are in trouble due to the new SMS regulations.

Axis Bank Launches Home Loan with Fixed Rate of Interest

Axis Bank has launched a home loan product with a fixed interest rate of 11.75 per cent for the entire tenure. Borrowers can take the loan for a maximum tenure of 20 years, the bank has stated in a release.

The bank’s base rate currently stands at 10 per cent currently. “Customers today are facing uncertainty about equated monthly installments on their home loans, due to interest rate increases in the market,” said the bank’s executive director, R K Bammi.

The bank would lend up to 85 per cent of the cost of the property for loans up to `20 lakhs and up to 80 per cent for loans above `20 lakhs. This follows the central bank indicating banks should introduce fixed rate loan products earlier this months. BS REPORTER RBI on Indo-Nepal remittance.

Stock of the Day to Buy & Make Money : 29 Sep

Nifty had reclaimed the 5,000 mark and touched a high of 5,006 in opening trades, before having slipped into the red shortly and now on the euro zone worries again surfacing Nifty is likely to settle near 4900 with high being topped at 5040 mark on the F&O expiry day. We do not see much steam in this rally. We expect Nifty to cool off from these levels to take support around 4900 levels and thus it makes sense to make use of the best stock picks and make money with day trading and use the volatility to own advantage as more the volatility more is the profit in market. This rally was mostly short-covering and partly due to some long positions created on the back of global cues, Eurozone primarily. The analysis of derivatives data suggest that support exists at 4890-4865 and resistance at 4955-4975-5000 levels.

Now is the right opportunity to enter in the market as a systematic investment plan as market has bottomed out and at most it can fall maximum 10% more from present levels if 4750 level is breached and in that scenario it can fall till 4350 levels. IPo Review Taksheel Solution Ltd - IPO News & Updates

Taksheel Solution Ltd is entering in the capital markets with an initial public offering, IPO of 55,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 130/- at lower level and Rs 150/- at upper level.

Taksheel Solution Ltd is an IT Solution Company engaged in the business of providing products and services to the Financial services industry, Information Technology & Telecom. Headquartered in Hyderabad, with an office in North America, they provide professional IT services to global clients. Taksheel offering Wealth Management Technology Solutions, Telecom Solutions, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Application Development and Application Maintenance. Some of their customers include Merryl Lynch and Bank of America.

The issue opens on Sep 29, 2011 and closes for subscription on Oct 04, 2011. The equity shares of the issue are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).

Just to give you a quick note on Taksheel Solutions which was founded in 1999 and provides IT solutions and services to the companies engaged in the wealth management business. It aims to garner up to Rs 82.5 crore via an issue of 55 lakhs (5.5 million) fresh equity shares. Out of these proceeds, the company plans to deploy Rs 22 crore towards acquiring US-based companies (or assets) in order to strengthen its wealth management portfolio. Another Rs 18 crore will be used to set up new development centres at Warangal and Hyderabad. The remaining funds will be used for working capital and other corporate purposes.

The company plans to enter the telecom space to sustain further growth. Revenues from this vertical will start pouring in this fiscal onwards. It also plans to diversify into the Asia Pacific markets but these efforts will take time to fructify materially. Taksheel derives about 71 per cent revenues from a single vertical of wealth management services, which exposes it to sector specific risks. Further, it derives over 85 per cent revenues from its top 10 clients, all of whom are based in the United States. Given the weakening macroeconomic scenario in the US, the company's further growth could be hit if the demand scenario worsens.

Taksheel is majorly dependent on onsite revenues, which could come under pressure as US adopts increasingly protectionist norms. The company's debtor days, though has come down in FY11, is still pretty high at 98 days as against average creditors' collection days at 18; which could hit its cash flows adversely. With addition of six new clients in FY11 alone, Taksheel's topline has grown by nearly three-folds over FY10. At the price band of Rs 130-Rs 150, the post issue price/earnings (P/E) for FY11 works out to 10.4 to 12 times. This is way higher than 7.9 times for its larger peer Nucleus Software. If after assuming a 30 per cent growth in FY12 earnings for Taksheel, its P/E stands at 7.9-9.2 times.

Paypal Verifying PanCard for Indian Clients as Per RBI Guidelines

Paypal is asking its all account holders in India to verify their Pan number failing which they will not be able to send or receive money online and their account will be in a limited status. This is by virtue of Reserve bank of India order asking Paypal to comply with Indian norms for accepting money.

On verification they will receive following message:

PAN (or permanent account number) refers to a 10-digit alphanumeric combination issued in the form of a card, by the Income Tax Department in India. You can find your PAN printed on the front of your card.

Choose the amount you would like to pay and simply draw the cheque/draft in favour of "Axis Bank Card No. (16-digit Credit Card Number)".

You can also drop the cheque at any Axis Bank Branch or ATM. In Mumbai, you can also drop cheques in any of the MINC bill boxes.

NSE has issued a NSE circular pertaining to trading on BSE through NoW (NEAT on Web) and details for the same are as appended below:

NSE is pleased to announce that some members have begun to connect their servers in co-location facility offered by NSE to their other servers located in facilities offered by BSE or by other reputed third party infrastructure providers.

Members can also provide inter-exchange algo trading from servers in co-location facility or servers located outside. In addition, all NSE market segments will be available shortly on FoW (Fast Trade on Web) a facility provided by Market Place Infratel Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of BSE. Similarly, all BSE market segments will be available shortly on NoW (NEAT on Web) a facility provided by DOTEX, a subsidiary of NSE.

This is a remarkable feat and if it becomes feasible to settle trades of both exchanges at a single platform one will be able to undertake the arbitrage opportunity available on one exchange without any problem.

TRAI has been acting to ward off sms providers from sending pesky clals and with new regulation of only 100 sms per day, a new amendment has been issued whereby certain regulators have been given permission to send updates. TRAI has directed all Access Providers to exclude the following persons from the limit of one hundred SMS per day per SIM:-

(i) Dealers of the Telecom Service Providers and DTH Operators for sending request for electronic recharge on mobile numbers;

(ii) e-ticketing agencies for responding to e-ticketing request made by its customers;

(iii) The social networking sites – Facebook, Twitter, Orkut, LinkedIn and GooglePlus to its members pertaining to activities relating to their accounts based on their verifiable options;

(iv) Agencies providing directory services – Justdial, Zatse, Callezee, Getit and Askme.

We have seen Nifty 4750 acting as a good support and thus we keep our fingers crossed and let the F&O expiry pass on coming Thursday as any break of 4750 means that we can see Nifty touching 4650-4600 levels. IV has shot up significantly and PCR ratio has cooled off indicating overall bias is negative in the market.

Despite recovery from support at 4750, the index appears to be bearish. However due to short covering, we may see a pullback till 4975- 5050. F&O is on 29 Sep 2011 and we see Nifty trading with a negative bias with range between 4930-4750 as open interest (OI) build-up at 4800-strike call and put options indicated strong support for the futures around 4800- 4750. One has to be cautious as Nifty breaking below 4800 level can take Nifty to 4600-4650 for September Expiry.

Share Market Tips to Make Money at NSE/BSE : 26 Sep

It appears that a pal of gloom has set in the market by virtue of global financial worries and Nifty traded extremely volatile and its key support of 5020 has been broken with conviction and recovery appears distant as global financial crisis appears worsening with no solution in sight. Now we just need to see if Nifty 200 day moving average at 4816 can support the same or not and if this is broken than we should be ready for a fall to 4700-4500 levels. Thus to make money as a day trader, one should undertake trading with sure intraday tips as it helps one to close the day with profit without worrying for the global uncertainty and a day trader makes money in both bull and bearish market by either going short or long as per the prevailing trend in the market.

Analysis of future and options data suggests that market is seeing Put Open interest buildup at 4,700 and this means that we will have to wait before any reversal commences. Technically the Nifty has turned in a downtrend as momentum oscillators on the daily and weekly charts are in favour of further fall, hence these levels may be broken on the downside and thus one need to keep an eye on 4800-4750 levels which will indicate further leg of downside commencement.

Thus the final verdict for Nifty future comes where short term bias remains negative for Nifty as long as Nifty remains below 5000 levels while key supports for coming week are seen around 4750 levels and volatility will be high due to approaching of derivatives expiry week.
