1. Well, this is an explanation to let you all know the method of trading and making money from the stock market. One has to stick to the suggested guidelines in order to increase the bank balance.

(e) As a thumb rule stick to the stop loss and exit the stock, when it breaks the stop loss level. However, do not put the stop loss in the system at the opening of the market.
(f) It is suggested that one must trade in all the recommendations by dividing an equal amount of capital for each tip as all tips are equally valid and have been tested based on technical analysis.
(g) The order of tips given on the site do not represent their priority of trading.
(h) If day open and high are the same then you should not buy stock and vice versa is true for sell calls.
(i) One can let the stock run beyond the projected prices by the continuous lifting of the stop-loss or by using the so-called Profit Booking Technique to have maximum gains.

E.g: Buy ACC>680.1,689.5,699 SL 676 means that one has to buy this stock only when it crosses the level of Rs 680.1 and one has to book 50% profit when the stock reaches the target of Rs 689.5 which is its first target and one has to lift the stop loss for balance 50% position below the first target which can be based on your risk profile. Thus the balance of 50% position is risk-free and one can ride the tip for full profit near the 2nd target. SL stands for Stop Loss level. 50 FnO Stocks List to be Traded Cautiously due to Exclusion from Derivatives Segment


1. WEF 04 May 2009 a SEBI circular is going to come into force which is making a few changes in its F&O list based on its eligibility criteria for including a stock in future and options segment.

2. A stock can be part of FnO family only if it is in top 500 stocks in terms of average daily market capitalization and average daily traded value in the previous six months on a rolling basis and another point to be considered is median quarter sigma order which should not be less than 5 Lakh over the last six months. Remember that its market wide position limit (MWPL) in the stock shall not be less than Rs. 100 crores.

3. A stock gets axe from Fno segment if its market wide position limit falls below Rs. 60 Crores and if stock’s median quarter-sigma order size over the last six months is less than Rs. 2 Lacs for a period of continuous three months. If a stock has been shown the door from derivative segment than it can not be considered for inclusion for next 1 year.

4. 50 stocks are likely to be effected by virtue of this circular and prominent stocks likely to be effected are 3i Infotech, Alok Industries, Aptech Limited, Gitanjali Gems, Jet Airways, NDTV, Rajesh Exports, Karnataka Bank, Amtek Auto, GNFC, Thermax, Hindustan Oil Exploration, RIIL and Wockhardt

5. One need not panic as existing unexpired contracts for the month of April, May and June 2009 will be available for trading till their respective expiry and new strikes would also be introduced in these existing contract months.

1. It was an unusual occurrence which happened with us when I along with family was going to attend a marriage and was to travel in car. I started on my car along with my family members to visit my home town and too our horror we found that a number of ambulances were following us or moving ahead us. We saw it as an indication that some thing wrong might be in offing and thus we drove very carefully.

Next day while going for my friend's marriage we again saw ambulance and recounted the last day event and tried to be careful, however inevitable was waiting to happen when another person banged into our car from rear on NH1A. The place where accident took place again a Police ambulance was waiting probably for us.

3. However it was by virtue of readers wishes that we got saved. Moreover we were wearing seat belts and thus escaped unscathed. Since time was with me,I got car repaired and we reached in time for our friend's marriage as I was moving a day in advance for the marriage.

2. Anyway recession is a reality and more than 2100 employees have been fired by Infosys due to poor performance. Thus do not take your career for granted and as a first step to be prepared for recession and follow the action plan as listed below:
(a) Have your own house and stop paying rent. Atleast income tax rebate will pay partially for your house.
(b) Do not go for insurance plans which assures benefit when one survives and instead go for term plans which have lower premium but these plans do not pay in case a person survives.
(c) SBI is presently giving concessional home loans @8% and thus make use of the same and said scheme is likely to be extended till Sep 2009.
(d) Plan your present income, do not just blow off all amount during good times. Invest in good fixed deposits to have a steady source of income. Invest in the name of your father or mother to avail additional 0.5% interest rate.
(e) If every thing fails and you have been shown the pink slip; than identify your strength and take a plunge as a self entrepreneur. Here also one can make use of SBI which is offering interest rate @8% for all new SME customers with loan requirements up to Rs 5 lakh for starting the business; however one has to be covered under the credit guarantee scheme for small and micro enterprises (CGTMSE). If you are dreaming big and have capital requirement ranging between Rs 5 lakh but below Rs 25 lakh, than be ready to pay @10% for 2 years and be covered by CGTMSE.

Sharekhan has come with an update for cement sector and has given revised targets for cement companies. The crux of he report by the brokerage house is as appended below:
In the past couple of weeks cement prices have fallen sharply in southern and western regions. Hyderabad saw the sharpest fall—the steepest in the last 15 year with price quoting in the range of Rs130-140 a bag. We believe, any further fall in cement prices will lead cement makers to see loss at EBDITA level. Southern
region witnessed sharp price correction on increased supply and poor regional demand. Western region also faced a similar situation on account of slowdown in exports and increasing supply from southern region. The average cement price in Gujarat has declined by Rs15-20 per bag in the last couple of weeks. We expect cement prices in the western region to remain under pressure, as supply increases from new capacity addition.

The Final verdict for Cement Sector

The recent correction in cement prices across the country and cost inflation in terms of expected increase in the
price of raw materials (due to increase in limestone royalty payment and increase in the price of domestic coal) are likely to put pressure on the margins of cement companies in the coming quarters. However, we believe, the fuller impact of the price correction will start reflecting only from Q3FY2010 onwards. Moreover, the clubbing of new capacities in the second half would also put pressure on the realisations of cement companies.

Thus  taking a cue from the price targets and cement updates one can undertake the restructuring in the cement sector stocks portfolio.

The stock trades at a substantial discount to its peers & its current valuation leaves significant scope for re-rating.
