1. RECAP:varun Shipping gave a stupendous return of Rs 8/-, GHCL gave a return of Rs 6.5/-, Tata Motors gave a return of rs 25/-, Styam gave a return of Rs 1/- on buy side and gave a return of rs 5/- on sell side, clutch auto gave a return of rs 1.3/- for every share bought.

2. Previous Day Stock Diary:Dalal Street saw a strong session as market mood was upbeat. The frontline stocks showed tremendous leadership and there was robust participation from the midcaps and smallcaps as well. Sensex closed at 20192, up 338 points and Nifty at 6070, up 85 points from the previous close. The CNX Midcaps Index was up 2%, BSE Smallcaps Index was up 3%, BSE Oil&Gas Index was up 3.5%. The market breadth was strong with advances at 947 against declines of 269 on the NSE. Top Nifty gainers included BPCL, Reliance Industries, Cairn India and Tata Steel while losers included Sun Pharma, Bajaj Auto, Suzlon Energy and ONGC.
