India has reintroduced Air Suvidha 2.0, making the online Health Self-Declaration Form (SDF) mandatory for all international passengers arriving in the country. The measure has been introduced to strengthen public health surveillance following the Ebola/Bundibugyo outbreak in parts of Africa. 0

Who Must Fill the Form?
- All passengers arriving in India on international flights.
- Applies regardless of nationality or country of departure.
- Indian citizens, OCI cardholders, NRIs and foreign nationals are all covered.
When Should You Complete It?
- Complete the Self-Declaration Form within 24 hours before arrival in India.
- Passengers are advised to submit the form before boarding, preferably during web check-in.
- Download or save the acknowledgement after submission.
