Ethos – International Expansion via Subsidiary Acquisition

Ethos Limited has acquired 100% of the initial share capital in FICUS TRADING LLC, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary, for a total consideration of AED 300,000. 

Acquisition Date: June 16, 2025
Region of Focus: Middle East

The acquisition will enable Ethos to trade in watches, clocks, and spare parts, strengthening its footprint in international markets, particularly the Middle East.
