Trivia on Eid Ka Chand

Eid Mubarak and understand the context of the phrase

The Hindi proverb "Eid Ka Chand" translates to "the moon of Eid." It is often used to describe something or someone that is rare, beautiful, and highly anticipated. Just as the sighting of the moon marks the celebration of Eid, the phrase conveys a sense of joy and significance associated with something that stands out due to its rarity and beauty. This proverb is commonly used in various contexts, often to express admiration or to highlight the uniqueness of a person or event.

It has two aspects to it, namely the occurance of Eid which happens once in a year, the other the *first moon which is very very slight n thin, hence it's visibility is often not clear, hence the sighting of such a moon becomes difficult*.

So it is implied that something or someone, which is so rare like in a year event plus when it arrives it is difficult to sight.

*"Eid Ka Chand Hogae Ho"*….Means You have not been seen around for so long that your presence or visit has become a rarity.
