Trump is a transactionalist, does not get patronage from the huge military-industrial complex (which has bankrolled many US politicians) and has an America First policy. Hence, huge impact worldwide depending on which side of the fence one is.
1. European Union and NATO relations are going to be frayed. Trump wants NATO to pay for their own security and will likely stop funding the Ukraine War. Whether the War ends depends if Russian terms are agreeable to the US and West. If Russia offers a deal for Trump's America First ambition, there could be a deal (even a demilitarised Ukraine as a buffer).
2. Trump will raise tariffs for a lot of American imports hurting China (the most) and India among all other countries.
3. Since India can transact (with defence procurements etc) Trump will like this and relations will be good for most times, despite the irritants like high tariffs.
4. Trump will try and spur American manufacturing by creating barriers to imports and tariffs. Globalization will be thrown out of the window.
5. China will be worst affected and their economy could face challenging times.
6. Pakistan (since they can't offer any sweet deal to Trump) and Bangaldesh will face the heat. Trump may turn a blind eye to India's activities against the two neighbours if we offer him the deals, and which we can with the present leadership being very good at transactions.
7. Trump will not be good for the global economy and India will also feel the heat in terms of slowing exports to USA and also the dollar will get stronger.
8. He will bring in tough anti-immigration laws and deport many. Roadblocks to H1B visas and even for citizenship by birth.
9. War in the Middle East may not expand but that will entirely depend on how Iran transacts with Trump.
