1. Form 28, 29 & 30 from present RTO
2. In NOC( form 28) mention new RTO
3. Submit all documents + Aadhar at new RTO
4. If you have original invoice, tax will be ch on that amount since it's issue i.e for the 15 years else as per present value of same vehicle
5. Claim residual tax for balance period from previous RTO n submit it to new RTO if you want partial refund of tax as taxes are always ch for 15 years.
6. However above option is not viable due to its complexity n amount returned by RTO
7. On submission of docu, you get first RC only for residual period (15 yrs-yrs already spent = new RC validity)
8. If you have broker system in state then better appch
