Regarding credit card and this post credit goes to a defence officer who has provided the info for benefit of all

Hdfc regalia ( free for defence salary account with high FD holding) i later upgraded to diner black ( this isnt free but i have to spend 5L a year to keep it free benefit is unlimited acess to domestic and international lounges airport) even small airport longue like guwahati is covered with diner black

AU bank Zenith ( free lifetime for serving army person posted to metro ) otherwise cost 10k. I took it in march 23 i hope scheme is still on in metro pl find from local bank. Benefits tremendrous as its highest status card of that bank.

IDFC wealth ( with good cibil score u get it with some perseverance it is free lifetime) i got it last year. Benefit tremendrous as this is highest card of idfc and give spa access to airport and golf access too beside host of benefits.

Axis Vistara signature ( cost 3k) we get 4 tickets of vistara on joining and every 1.5L spend in premium economy beside other benefits 

PS dont go for 1500 wala but go for 3000rs wala axis vistara card.

ICICI sapahaire (free with holding of 15L FD with defence salary otherwise cost 6.5k) after getting this card i shifted my def salary to hdfc to get hdfc benefits but icici card remained free for me due to FD holding. benefit is tremendrous includong spa at airport and golf . This is second highest card of icici

NIYO global credit card ( keep it for foreign travel only as it has zero mark up forex charge upto 7lakhs. U can use it normal in india ( the amount of FD u do that much transaction amount gets approved sp it has FD lock in otherwise free card)

Finally keep above 15L FD in hdfc and u get imperia accpunt and u get one free locker worth 5600 life time free , and host of banking benefits with that status and relationship manager is branch manager with VIP treatment at bank.

Lastly to get benefit use these credit card with add on cards for family to give your  family benefit of your high end card and to incur point benefit in same card with their spending too. ( hence dont compartmantalize your card and wife seperate but give family add on cards)

Payment cycle keep on 20th so bill is generated and u pay on 1st of next month and last date of payment is 5th. USE CRED APP as it handles all cards efficiently
