Remember we trade on a minimum of 5 lots on Expiry day (Thursday) which is the weekly expiry as the premium is low on that day. We trade with constant capital and not on constant lots. So, you trade lesser lots on Friday with the same capital as the premium of the strike price is high and the maximum number of lots on Thursday as premium is low using the same capital. 

So, if you trade a higher number of lots, your profit increases accordingly. You can trade in one lot in the Bank Nifty option for less than Rs 10000 and you do not require even any kind of margin also on it.

As a guideline, the Stoploss is generally 10-12.5% pts of the entry price.
