Make in India campaign is going strong and thus it makes sense to invest in the defence stocks as India is trying to become self reliant and is planning to build it's defence equipment on its own. Mazagaon dock is sitting on a huge order book but it appears fully valued.
As a nation we are still weak in metallurgy space and we need to work on it.
The order book is expected to grow for all companies and margins are expected to expand on sourcing efficiencies. A key feature is the ability and the focus of the companies on enhancing exports. And when quizzed about all of these, companies largely responded in the affirmative.
Donot run after those stocks which have given a run up in the year and try to add those stocks in any market crash.
