Your ITR is accepted only once you do the verification.
The procedure to e-verify your ITR is
Visit:
https://eportal.incometax(dot)gov(dot)in/iec/foservices/#/login (remember to replace dot with actual)
Enter your Login User I'd/ PAN and your password
e-file - Income Tax Returns - e-Verify returns
Use any of the following options to e-verify your ITR:
- I would like to verify using OTP on mobile number registered with Aadhaar
- I would like to verify using Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
Generate Electronic Verification Code(EVC)
- Through Net Banking
- Through Bank Account
- Through Demat Account
- I already have an Electronic Verification Code (EVC)
- I already have an OTP on Mobile number registered with Aadhaar
