We take the opportunity to wish all readers on the 75th year of independence and this happens to be the 76th year of independence day celebrations. There was a lot of confusion that whether it was the 75th year of independence or 76th as govt advertisements were going around that 75 years Azaadi ka Mahotsav and it happened to be the 76th year as we celebrated our first independence day on 15 Aug 1947. 1948 was 2nd independence day than its 76th day. Even Twitter handle of President was referring it as 76th. However such a good up should not happen. It is 76th Independence Day and 75th Anniversary.
