Try taking a pledge before you start the day at 9am every day
Trading pledge
1.I will keep my profit & loss at the same temperament
2.Either my profit which is 1% or my loss is 1% to 2% max if it hits , I will give rest of the day a miss
3.I will never look into some one else profit & get lured to take big risks
4.I will not deploy more than 10% of my capital in a single trade on any condition whatever may be the case
5.I will not discuss ideas / strategies with my friends / fellow traders when am on a trade
6.I will not chase the price thinking I may miss out the trade until it comes to the actual levels based your trade set up
6.I will not keep averaging losing trades when point no.2 is done
7.Incase there is a loss , I will not rush to cover up immediately
8.I will not trade , if it doesn't give me a trade signal based on my setup
9.I will.Mot worry about missed opportunities & take a trade out of frustrations just because I missed a good trade
10.I will keep my expectations rational subject to my risk taking capacity & ones ability
