Guys Sorry to inform you we lost a Cyclist from our fraternity to excessive fatigue whilst Cycling.

Aditya was only 42......a super fit person.
The main reason attributed is he tried to achieve too much too early and fast. Please take care and try to follow these commandments.
The Progression to Excellence is always slow and steady. Just because
someone is doing 42k or sub 4 marathon doesn't mean you would be able to do
that tomorrow. The other person's lot of efforts over years have gone into
this. You would do it but remember Slow and Steady wins the Race.
The goals and muscle strengths are not achieved in Practice but in Rest, Muscles break during exercise and get repaired and built up during REST.
REST is mandatory more than exercise. It's okay if you miss a practice
session DO NOT compromise it by sacrificing a REST Day
Have heard a lot of people boasting I came at 2am in the morning and doing
Long Run. You are doing more harm to your body than good. We are all middle-aged Runners and Our Body Response system to Excess has a Limit. Please
accept this fact.
Its okay to miss a session if you doze off or not feeling good. Your
body is giving you a signal, something which is natural and this proves
you are Human and not ROBOT.
Please understand that there is a difference between being Fit and being
Healthy. You can be Fit to run 21k but might not be healthy. Fitness has
more to do with Muscle building but Health is mainly Owing to well being of
Organs. Only Heart falls under both categories. Muscles can be built but
Organs need to be nurtured or taken care of. Please follow a proper diet and
healthy habits to aid your exercise regime.
As enumerated the progression is always slow. Ensure to build the
Muscles by proper ST and other exercises slowly and build on stamina so as to
ensure you keep exercising for Life rather than Getting Injured for LIFE.
There are numerous cases where people do not follow the regime and then after
few months say Exercise is not my cup of tea.
There is nothing wrong with better Prevention than Cure. Get your body
checked once every 2 3 years after 40 for sure.
At this juncture of life, it is a race with yourself and not with Usain
bolt or Kipchoge. Take care no matter how slow you do you are better off
than 98 percent of the world, who are couch potatoes.
Remember while doing any exercise if there is a pain it means it is not
being done correctly or we are doing it out of our limits.
Learn to differentiate between Shooting Pain and Soothing pain.
Learn to know your heart upper limit and heart popping limit.
Nothing wrong with stopping an exercise time being than stopping it for LIFE
and regretting over it.
Another very important factor is don't try to take out your anger at
someone by exercising regressively and pushing your body. It not only affects
you mentally but affects BP and other internal functions of the body. Do
exercise with a Calm Mind and a positive heart. After all, it is mind and right
psychological frame which keeps us as Happy and Healthy human being
There is always a thin line between the Pleasure of exercise and the Pain of it.
There is no point in doing an exercise if you are not enjoying it.
Something is wrong then either with Form, Strength, Fatigue, psychological issues, or Internal body symptoms.
Be positive, in Endurance 60 percent is mind game and 40 percent is physical.

It is better to be slow and late than to be never.
As traders, it is imp to be fit but at the cost of competing with someone may not be correct at middle age and remember you have to stay in the game to get benefitted with our
