How to Pay Provident Fund (PF) Challan Online for Employees?

Step 1
Get the challan prepared from your ESI or PF consultant. He will upload it in the system.

Step 2
Visit URL or click Link PF Online Site to make online payment.

Step 3
Now click the Payment (Direct Challan) and this link is visible under the Payment link in navigation bar. The uploaded challan will be
visible in front of you and you can make online payment.

A word of caution is that it is a direct transfer to govt and thus it does not have second factor authentication.

You must have PF number if you have more than 20 employees working under you.
