Login to https://www.onlinesbi(dot) com/ using ID and password.
2. Click on the 'e-services' tab on the homepage.
3. The 'e-services' page will open. Under the 'Quick Links' tab on the left of the page, select 'Transfer of Savings Account'.
4. You will be directed to a page showing all your accounts. Select the one you want to transfer.
5. Enter the branch code where you want to transfer your account. Once the branch code is identified, the branch name will be updated.
6. Read the terms and conditions and select 'Confirm'.
7. A page will open illustrating the details of the account you selected, the branch code and the branch name. Verify and select 'Confirm'.
8. You will receive a high-security one time password (OTP) on your registered mobile number.
9. Enter the OTP and select 'Confirm'.
10. A green page will appear showing you the transfer details including the account number, the branch you are transferring from and the branch you are transferring to. This implies that the transfer request has been successfully lodged.
