SREI Infrastructure Finance is raising funds through NCD and requirement of funds and Utilisation of Net Proceeds as below-
a) For the purpose of lending, financing, and for repayment of Loan ; and
b) For General Corporate Purposes
Rate of interest goes upto 10.04% for 5 years for annual payment. Check SREI Infra live Price here. Last year they had come with 12% Return NCD. You can consider going for these bonds as these are giving good return and are secured NCD which is always better than unsecured NCD. ‘Secured’ in nature means that in case of any default on its payment of interest or principal, the bondholders will have the right on certain secured assets of SREI Infra.
Credit Rating & Nature of NCDs – Brickwork Ratings has rated this issue as ‘AA+’. Debt instruments with such a rating are considered to have high degree of safety regarding timely payment of interest and principal.
