1.Application form duly signed by Directors/ proprietor.
2.Passport size photograph of Directors/ proprietor
3.Age Proof , Address Proof & Offioe Proof (PAN CARD/VOTER’S ID CARD/Trade License) Xerox
4. Experience certificate (Minimum 2 years from any SEBI Registered broker/su-broker) OR
SEBI Registration Certificate if already having membership of any other Exchange.
