Indian-share-Tips.Com Complaint Redressal System

Indian-Share-Tips.Com believes in a happy and healthy relationship with the clients. We go out of our way to resolve the complaints if any to make sure that a client becomes a satisfied client as we believe in a long-lasting relationship.

However, at times due to some misunderstanding, a client may not be satisfied with our services and we request you to follow the following guidelines for redressal of information.

The following procedure shall be followed for registering your complaint with us :

Level 1:- At the first stage clients needs to report their grievance to their respective executives in writing at Support@indian-share-tips.com. To ensure a time-bound solution, the respective executive shall revert within 3 working days w.r.t redressal of such complaint. The subject heading of the complaint in the email should be " Level 1: Redressal of Complaint by Executive"

Level 2:- If the client still wants to escalate the complaint, he/she can approach (Compliance officer) at Support@indian-share-tips.com or can call at the given phone number in the header portion of the website. Here, we will try to assist the client with the best possible solution adhering to the time span of 7 working days. The subject heading of the complaint in the email should be "Level 2: Redressal of Complaint by Compliance officer".

Level 3:- If the client still wants to escalate the complaint, he/she can approach Support@indian-share-tips.com again after the completion of 10 working days. Being the highest authority he would be able to resolve the redressal in 48 Hours. The subject heading of the complaint in the email should be "Level 3: Redressal of Complaint by Admin"

Please note that in case the client marks a copy of the mail to all the levels, it will not be considered as an escalated matter, it shall, in any case, start from level 1 and only in case of a separate mail after expiration or reply from the previous level shall the complaint be considered as being raised at next level.

Please note that Whatsapp is not monitored.
