A Historic land acquisition bill has been passed by Indian Parliament and we will say that to a great extent; it is catering to the original price. However only issue is that with requirement of 70-80 percent occupants sanction is required for acquisition of the land and it means that the land acquisition may become a tedious process and National Highway progress may get slowed down.
