We invariably get late in making payment and get hefty charges which need to be paid. However now one can pay bills on time by direct debit facility with a credit card. The procedure is as stated below:
- Enter your Vodafone Postpaid Mobile Number
Provide details such as your Vodafone Postpaid Number, Standing Instruction Debit Amount Limit, Service End Date and Email ID where you wish to receive an alert confirmation for the registration.
- Your details will be verified with the billing system.
Provide the credit card details
Provide the credit card details on which you wish to set up the standing instruction.
- You will be required to complete a Rs 2.00 payment authorization to confirm your registration.
In this process you will be redirected to your card issuer to authorise using your secure Verified by Visa (VBV)/ MasterCard Secure Code (MSC) password.
- As soon as Direct Debit enrolment is complete and you will receive an online acknowledgement stating that Your Direct Debit enrollment is now complete.
You will receive an acknowledgement through Email confirming the date from which the direct debit will start.
- The Direct Debit service is available for Vodafone Postpaid Mobile numbers only.
- Your service start date for the automatic processing of your bill will be from the next billing cycle onwards as per the email notification that you would have received.
- Should you need to make any changes to your Direct Debit Enrollment [Cancellation, Card Number modification etc] you can use the 'Modify' or 'Cancel' option.
