ICICI bank has informed that as per RBI guidelines international transfer or withdrawal limits have been revised on their cards.
From February 1, 2014 all magnetic stripe ICICI Bank MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards will have a daily usage limit of Rs. 100,000 for international transactions. This limit shall not be applicable for transactions at hotels, restaurants, airline ticketing and hospitals.
If you wish to increase the daily international usage limit on your credit card, please call our 24-hour Customer Care and place a request for the same. Your request shall be processed within 48 hours. We also wish to inform you that there is no daily usage limit for ICICI Bank MasterCard and VISA EMV chip credit cards.
