Jubilant food had a dream run before it achieved its new highs and went on a downward spiral. The Dominos 30 mins delivery is doing wonders for it though no doubt their pizza needs to be improved as compared to quality being offered by Pizza Hut.
Verdict
We had earlier also done a free technical analysis for Jubilant food with a sell call when it breached 1040 mark and thereafter it went down to achieve a low of 928 level. Jubilant food has formed a classical V formation and any breakout above 1140 with volumes that stock is again ready to achieve its lost glory by touching new highs but they need to make sure that Dominos’s Pzzas base do not appear like Swollen bread and they must check out the base at Pizza Hut. 30 mins delivery is good but quality has to improve as they are riding high on Dominos 30 mins delivery scheme. Just remember that laxman rekha in this chart is the figure of 1140. Above bullish and below that we are bearish on the stock.
