Sugar Industry has finally seen government shackles coming off. CCEA decided to do away with the 10% levy sugar on Sugar mills, which can potentially add INR 20-25 Bn to the PBT of Sugar Industry.
This will help the sugar industry’s ability to service its debt and make timely payments to farmers if not immediately repair their balance sheets.
This will help all sugar companies like Renuka Sugars, Balrampur Chini etc and provides scope for excellent move as these companies are available at a valuation as if Nifty is at 3000 mark.
