Axis Bank is going HDFC bank way as they are going to change the way you can add the new beneficiaries and can transfer the funds. The new policy is to safe guard you against possible fraud,in case your online credentials get compromised.

  • Funds transfer can be made to a new beneficiary only 24 hours post activation.
  • Not more than 3 beneficiaries can be activated in a single day.
  • You will now have 24 hours to review the new beneficiaries added.
  • A confirmation alert will be sent to your registered mobile number whenever a new beneficiary is added which will limit the potential risk incase a fraudster gains access to your account.
