To be honest we have found Bluedart service horrible as they do not take the pain to deliver the letter to the addressee and expect people to come and collect their letters directly through their office.
We have a bad experience number of times as we receive number of payments from clients and Google through Bluedart and each time they will show on the website that address not found and will ask you to contact the customer care. Moment one contacts their customer care the consignment is delivered within 6 hours.
Tired of their lackadaisical attitude we have placed their address only on the site that moment we get the waybill number we visit Bluedart site and inform their customer support that please make sure that our courier is delivered. The Bluedart address is as appended below in Ludhiana:
