Yes bank has an interactive website with good security features and one such feature is the transaction password which is provided with a view to ensure enhanced security of your account.
All transactions over a certain limit require a Transaction Password. This is also required when adding a new beneficiary.
Transaction Password is delivered by SMS to the mobile number that you provided. The delivery of the SMS to your mobile phone is dependent on the service of the mobile service operator. Please enter the Transaction Password delivered to you via SMS to authorize the transaction.
If you fail to receive the OTP through SMS, now you can request a new OTP on your email ID registered with the Bank, by clicking "Email OTP" Button. Email OTP button will be activated in next 60 seconds. Once you click on Email OTP button, the password sent through SMS will be invalid.
