One can manage the Airtel account from mobile by using the following procedure:
- Dial *121# for account related information
- To activate Unbilled Alerts one can send sms SUNB to 121
- To Start a Service one can send sms START to 121 or Dial *121# and select option no. 4
- To Stop a Service one can send sms STOP to 121 or Dial *121# and select option no. 5
- To update your email id, SMS:UPDATE EMAIL <email id> to 121
- To view last 6 months e-bill, SMS:EBILL <email id> <first three letters of the month> to 121
- To get your e-bill password, SMS:EBILL PASSWORD to 121
- To start e-bill, SMS: STOP PAPER <email id> to 121
