We are of the opinion that as a foreign investor one will be better off to hold the dollar because European countries are going through a turmoil and thus dollar has gained more importance as compared to Euro in the shorter time frame.
If we look around for the alternatives to dollar in the world, than Yen, Yuan, Pound or Euro could have had given some competition. The said views are also shared by Jim Rogers and he feels that since gold has been in uptrend for past 11 years, thus a reaction is bound to occur.
