CRISIL IPO Grade for Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Ltd

CRISIL is a rating agency which accords rating to the IPOs and in this league it has assigned a CRISIL IPO Grade of ‘3/5’ to the Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Ltd (TBZ) IPO. The IPO is opening for subscription on 24 Apr 2012 and closes on 26 Apr 2012 with a price bandf of Rs 120-126 for an IPO size of Rs 210 Crores.

IPO Grading Implications

A grade of 3 out of five means fundamentals of the IPO are average when compared with  listed equity securities in India.
