One can transfer contacts from one phone to other phone using the sim card option. The details for same are as appended in the screenshot below:

Drawbacks of Contacts Transfer through SIM

If you have a large database than you may be required to repeat this process number of times as sim can only transfer max 500 contacts at a given time and if you have a large data base than ideal is to use the facility of Sync available in Nokia phones for contacts transfer.
