It is no doubt UPA second tenure has been disastrous in terms of corruption scandals and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has been a mere mute spectator.
Congress has not won in any of the state elections less Manipur which means that the forthcoming budget will leave the reformatory path and will be doling out stuff for the common people or aam aadmi of India so that they can reconnect with masses and can hope for reelection at national level.
The date of 16 mar needs to be kept under watch as budget will be presented and it is definitely not going to be a reformist budget.
