Apple is acting against the interests of the citizens of China whose voice is being snubbed and are being served filtered internet results due to draconian Chinese Internet censorship orders being in place.
In an effort to outwit the competition and gain market share in China, Apple is playing spoilsport as it plans to integrate the search function from Chinese web services giant Baidu into iOS and this is being done with an aim to dislodge Google from its #2 position in China after Baidu as a search engine in China.
Apple CEO Tim Cook is in China this week negotiating partnerships and we will just request Google CEO Larry Page to do something so that interest of people of China are not hurt by monopolistic policies and iron hand policy of Govt of China.
An Appeal to ‘Apple’
Apple; please wake up and work in the interest of the people and do not take it as a rivals war as interest of people comes first always and every time followed by business interests. So, Apple it is our humble request that keep your teaming with Google and help Google fight for people of China. Please understand that you are being used as a puppet in the hands of Govt of China to counter Google threat which is working for the people of China and is fighting to ensure that people of China gets access to unfiltered information.
